Aerobic Water Works is a pioneer in the development of oxygenated hydrotherapy systems and oxygen based products for improving individual health and well being. The quality of our health and vitality is closely linked to the quality of the air we breathe and the water we drink. Oxygen and water are essential for human life. Aerobic Water Works provides solutions that increase an individual's oxygenation and hydration, ultimately leading to improved health and a better quality of life. The air that many of us breathe is oxygen-deficient. If the air we breathe does not have sufficient oxygen, then our cells will likewise be deprived. A cell starving for oxygen cannot do its work properly. This is the underlying cause of many of the dysfunctions of our physiology, particularly our immune system. Health and graceful aging is dependent on a number of variables. However, it is agreed that cardiovascular and metabolic conditioning are key elements in improving the quality of life as we age. One way to gauge an individual's aerobic health is to measure the level of oxygen saturation of the tissues. Normal is considered to be between 94% and 99%. At the lower end of the range, closer to 94%, life is difficult. You are physically tired, susceptible to infections, mentally foggy, existing but not living fully. As you work up the ladder towards 100% oxygenation, you begin to experience your true and full energy level. Life is better on every level at 100% O2 saturation. When the cell is fully saturated with oxygen(O2), it can function and make energy efficiently. Besides oxygen, the cell needs water. Every metabolic process uses up water, including oxygenation. Oxygenation must therefore work hand-in-hand with hydration. We replenish and hydrate ourselves by drinking water. Without adequate supplies of pure fresh water, our overall health is compromised. We are a body of water, more than 75% by weight. Full hydration is an important and complementary goal to full oxygenation. Proper, constant hydration is crucial for the cell to maintain its structure, absorb nutrients and create energy.
